Email support@fenyro.com from your account address with the order or payment, date, amount or credits and the problem. Do not send passwords or card details. We check the operation and explain the decision and timing.
Money refunds
Refunds are reviewed for incorrect or duplicate charges, services not provided and mandatory legal grounds. Money is normally returned to the original payment method; timing also depends on the bank. No additional satisfaction or marketing-results guarantee is offered.
Credits and partial delivery
Credit restoration corrects internal units and is not a money refund. Partial delivery is assessed against the accepted offer and usable output delivered. Uncertain outcomes are checked before retrying or refunding. Statutory remedies for defective services remain available.
Cancel future renewal
Disable renewal in your account or contact support. The displayed cancellation deadline and charges already initiated apply. Cancelling a future period does not automatically refund the current one; disputed charges are reviewed separately.
Mandatory withdrawal rights
Mandatory withdrawal rights remain: relevant EU online contracts normally allow 14 days from conclusion of the contract. If you expressly request an early start, the law may require proportionate payment for services already supplied. The right may end after full service performance or commencement of digital content only if applicable consent, acknowledgement and contract-confirmation requirements are met. To withdraw, notify support@fenyro.com. For an applicable EU withdrawal, the amount due is refunded without undue delay, within 14 days of notice, without a fee using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Sample withdrawal notice
Use this sample only to withdraw from a contract; a clear statement in your own words is also accepted.
