1. Provider and agreement
Fenyro is provided by Individual Entrepreneur VLADISLAV BURDA, registration 306482801, Georgia, Tbilisi, Isani district, Beri Gabriel Salosi avenue, N150, flat N 3a; support@fenyro.com. These Terms apply with the offer accepted at purchase. Users must be adults capable of contracting or authorised business representatives. Personal purchases by residents of Georgia are currently unavailable. Mandatory consumer protection under applicable law, including the law of residence, remains in force.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate details, secure access and check workspace members’ authority. Do not share passwords or impersonate others. Report unauthorised access to support. At registration, Terms acceptance is separate from the privacy notice.
3. Permitted use
Follow the law, other people’s rights and platform rules. Unlawful material, deception, harmful activity, access abuse and bypassing limits or payment are prohibited. You must have rights and lawful grounds for materials and data you supply.
4. Your materials
You retain rights in your materials. Fenyro and its providers may store, process, adapt and transmit them only for your instructions, service operation and legal duties. This grants no right to use them for advertising. Third-party rights and licences remain in force.
5. AI output and credits
AI can make mistakes and produce non-unique results: check facts, rights and suitability before use. Fenyro’s transferable rights in output pass to you on payment; exclusivity and freedom from third-party rights are not guaranteed. Generation and extra-version prices appear before confirmation. Credits are internal service units, not money. Confirmed partial delivery is charged for the delivered part under the offer; errors follow the refund rules.
6. Integrations and publication
Use functions shown as available; connected platform rules also apply. You authorise requested actions. Enabling automatic publication authorises posts to the selected account on the saved schedule and time zone without per-post approval. Disable it or disconnect to stop future dispatches. A dispatch already started may not be reversible; an uncertain result requires checking.
7. Purchases and renewal
The offer defines the service, price, currency, credits, limits, period and renewal terms. Provide accurate country and purchase purpose and pay agreed charges. Unused limits carry over only if expressly stated. Recurring charges require separate consent; immediate performance and withdrawal consequences require separate acknowledgements where applicable. Cancelling renewal stops future periods without automatically refunding the current one.
Cancellation and refunds8. Availability and changes
The service also depends on external systems. Changes to paid functions respect required notice and customer rights. Uninterrupted operation, views, sales and other marketing results are not guaranteed.
9. Restrictions
Access may be proportionately restricted for security risks, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or legal requirements. Where permitted, we explain the reason and remedy. Mandatory refund and data rights remain in force.
10. Liability and applicable law
Georgian law applies to the extent permitted. This does not limit mandatory consumer protection, non-excludable liability or lawful access to courts or regulators. You may send disputes to support.
11. Ending use
You may stop using the service, cancel renewal and request account closure. Download materials and disconnect integrations. Closure does not itself refund money or end lawful obligations and necessary record retention.
