Roles and scope

Business customers determine the purposes and lawfulness of data in their materials. Fenyro processes it on documented customer instructions and is independently responsible for accounts, billing and security.

Instructions and safeguards

The processing agreement sets instructions, confidentiality, security, assistance with rights and risk assessments, breach notification without undue delay and compliance checks. Unlawful instructions must be identified; instructions do not permit unrelated use.

Providers and transfers

The agreement covers authorisation of infrastructure, AI and email providers, notice of changes, objections and equivalent protection duties. International transfers must comply with applicable law. Ask support about your service’s providers, countries and safeguards.

Agreement and end of service

Before supplying other people’s personal data requiring a processor agreement, contact support@fenyro.com. Agree the service, data and subject categories, duration, providers/countries, security, audits, return/deletion, backups and mandatory retention. This page is an overview, not a replacement for that agreement.
