1. Who is responsible

Individual Entrepreneur VLADISLAV BURDA, registration 306482801, Georgia, Tbilisi, Isani district, Beri Gabriel Salosi avenue, N150, flat N 3a, is responsible for Fenyro account data, billing and security. Contact: support@fenyro.com. Processing on a business customer’s instructions is covered separately. Georgian data protection law and GDPR, where applicable, apply.

2. Data and purposes

Email, language, sign-in records and legal acknowledgements support accounts and transaction records. Projects, links, files, AI prompts, results and publishing settings support requested services. Connected account details and permissions support integrations. Payment amounts, status and identifiers support billing and refunds; the payment provider handles full card details. IP addresses, browser information and error logs support diagnosis and security.

3. Sources and required information

Data comes from you, your workspace members, connected platforms and sources you specify, including public websites. Required details are necessary to create an account or fulfil a purchase. Additional materials and integrations are your choice.

4. Legal grounds

We rely on contract for services to individuals; legitimate interests in running and protecting the service for business contacts and diagnosis, balanced against your rights; and law for mandatory records and official requests. Any required consent is requested separately and may be withdrawn for future processing. Accepting the Terms is not marketing consent. We do not use generated recommendations to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Browser storage supports sign-in, language, drafts and operation recovery. See the cookies page for purposes, lifetimes and clearing options.

6. Recipients, AI and international processing

Access as needed is given to staff, hosting/storage, AI, transactional email and payment providers and platforms you connect; authorities may receive data when legally required. AI operations use relevant prompts and materials. External platforms have their own rules. We do not sell data or give it to advertising networks for their own marketing. Processing may take place outside Georgia and your country. Ask support@fenyro.com about countries, recipients and transfer safeguards; transfers must meet applicable Georgian and GDPR requirements.

7. Retention

Account and project data is kept while needed for services, then assessed for deletion or anonymisation. Sign-in records follow validity and security needs; diagnosis follows investigation and protection needs. Payment records and legal acknowledgements are retained for required accounting and disputes within applicable time limits. Backups follow their retention cycle. Support will explain timings and exceptions for your request; immediate deletion of every copy is not guaranteed.

8. Requests and complaints

Contact support@fenyro.com for access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent withdrawal where applicable. We may verify your authority and will explain deadlines and lawful limits. Under GDPR the normal response period is one month, with lawful extensions. You may complain to Georgia’s State Audit Office, the relevant EU/EEA authority where GDPR applies, or seek a court remedy.

9. Protection and customer responsibilities

We restrict access and protect public connections and sign-in credentials. Secure your account and supply only data you are entitled to provide. Sensitive data and children’s data require prior agreement on processing conditions.

10. Changes

The document states its date and version. We communicate material changes as legally required. Previous acknowledgements are not changed retroactively.
